There are five bedrooms - three on the main level and two on the lower level. The three main level bedrooms have a queen, two single beds and a double bed - all have ceiling fans. On the lower level there is a queen in one room and a double/single bunk bed in the other. There is a bathroom on each floor - both have shower, toilet & sink.

Approx. 120' of frontage located directly across a quiet unpaved road that dead ends thirteen cottages further. Large grassy area accessed by 12 wooden steps or a gentle pathway to the left. Complete with horseshoe pits, picnic table and a campfire and a dock (40' long -2-3' deep at the end). Very shallow entry from the grassy shore - some sand beach as the water recedes over the summer, sand bottom and very gradual slope. Some reed growth off to the right.
