Guest Comments

"We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in hot tub, the canoe and paddle boat, the gorgeous sunsets (western exposure), the fire pit and the short walk on the grass to the shallow, sandy bottom lake. The cottage itself is very clean and nicely decorated, with very comfortable furniture. The deep freezer is wonderful as well as the refridgerator which is all fridge! The cottage is very well maintained - clean and nicely decorated both inside and out. It is also located very close to the town of Coboconk so you have access to banking, grocery, beer and liquor stores. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets and then a relaxing soak in the hot tub each evening! The deep freezer is also a bonus when planning meals."

"We were very impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of the cottage, and the lakefront property. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, especially as the weather became cooler! The bedrooms were spacious, nicely decorated with comfortable large beds. The furnishings were tasteful, and the cottage was beautifully decorated! The Limited Edition prints were lovely to gaze upon. The kitchen appliances were clean and in good working order. The lakefront view was beautiful, and our dog Abbie thoroughly enjoyed the waterfront (and the neighbour\'s dogs). The children enjoyed the hammock and the paddle-boat, as well as the hot tub. Did I say the hot tub was a big hit?!"

"The cottage had a warm and cozy feel to it, and was very inviting. I liked the large picture windows with the great view of the lake. I also liked the loft and cathedral ceiling, which opened the interior of the cottage, giving it much larger feel. We had a great week. The people in the neighbouring cottages were very friendly and all had dogs who got along well with ours. The cottage was clean, well maintained and very comfortable, and the hot tub was a definite bonus! What also impressed me, was that the owner called us the day we arrived to say hello and to make sure we had everything we needed."

"This was a great place for kids! The shallow entry and sandy bottom was perfect. The hot tub and the sunsets were the the biggest hits! My kids loved the swimming but I think Mom and Dad liked the hot tub best!

"The interior of the cottage and the furnishings are lovely and very well maintained. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the cottage. We enjoyed resting in the hammock and taking in the view from the lake front muskoka chairs. We also enjoyed our early morning canoe excusions on the very calm Shadow Lake. It was a cooler week weather wise during our visit so the hot tub was a big hit each day!"
