General DescriptionThis cosy family cottage is located minutes from Minden, off Hwy 35 in Haliburton. It has three bedrooms and is set on a large grassy lot - plenty of play area. Slightly elevated (approx. 38 stepping stones - plus 18 steps from deck to grass) from the shore area - which has a flat grass lawn leading to the shoreline, as well as a large level area to the rear of the cottage. Southeasterly exposure. There is a hot tub (softsided) outside on the patio. Linens and cleaning service available at an additional cost.

"The cottage was how we pictured it, but of course the view was more stunning in person. It was very comfy and cozy, yet there was ample room for a family of four. The hot tub was the main selling feature. Beautiful view of the water from the cottage deck and property - quiet lake with use of canoe and rowboat - convenient proximity to town for day trips (ice cream!) The coziness of the cottage with all that you need for a week's stay.
