Waterfront & SwimmingApproximately 100' of west facing lake frontage with a flat lawn area to sandy bottom/beach area. There is a very gradual slope into the water at the shore - excellent swimming for young children. A new, 20' long dock. Water depth at the end of the dock will be less than 3'.

The shoreline was clean, the beach area was a lovely little sand beach and the water was shallow for at least 20 ft. out with a nice clean sandy bottom - excellent swimming area for family and small children. We loved the open concept and the view out onto the lake. We would certainly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a nice quiet family vacation. The property and waterfront are perfect for families with small children. The cottage was clean and well equipped. Also the town was only 5 minutes away and great for picking up those extra groceries or just a day of browsing thru the

"The cottage was exactly as I expected. It was a pleasure to deal with Cottage Country. The travel package was very good, and I will definitely rent with you again in the future. We needed a beach for the kids to play, and the property was ideal. There was lots of room for them to play outside on the grass, or in the shallow water. We also loved the beautiful evening sunsets, and going for walks in the area. We met several neighbors, that were all very nice."

"This is the best cottage we've rented (we've rented 3 prior). Added bonus of it being so close to Toronto, but still had the quietness of more rural areas. I liked that it was so close to Fenelon Falls itself, but again, the lake was nice and quiet at night. The lake and beach were THE BEST! The kids spent endless hours jumping off the dock. The water was clear and teeming with fish. We saw lots of wildlife - chipmunks, an otter, raccoons and tons of birds to identify. The cottage itself was lovely and charming. There was tons of sitting room ( 3 couches!) and lots of lounging room. The kitchen was well stocked, and had an 'interesting' collection of pots and pans, but everything was useable. And finally, I got the best sunset pictures ever!"
