Walk out to deck that extends the length of the cottage. Burks Falls is a 10 minute drive from the cottage.

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox. 120' of frontage accessed by 14 shallow steps from the cottage. Two docks - clean, deep water swimming (ladder) from the end. (Owner boat at dock but lots of room for renters craft). From the other "sun" deck/ dock there is shallow entry over stepping stone into 1' deep water, firm sandy bottom, gradual slope. (Steps will be in water near stepping stone for easy access).
