General DescriptionTall pine trees - outstanding westerly exposure - great views! This 1600 sq. ft cottage has plenty of living space and great decking for family enjoyment. The property is fairly private with lots of tree cover on a sloped lot with steps/wooden ramp to dock and waterfront area. The cottage has some 'extras' like a 16' fiberglass fishing boat with electric trolling motor, a canoe and a 12' aluminum boat with oars - great fishing lake! Ceiling fans in every room. Located about ten minutes east of the town of Haliburton, just off of Hwy #118 (some road noise). No marina on lake.

AmenitiesLarge family kitchen with dining area. Well equipped with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, freezer, etc. Living area plus a second sitting area (with fold out futon sofa). Living area has satellite TV, VCR, DVD. There is a 12' aluminum boat with oars, a 16' fiberglass boat with electric trolling motor, canoe and paddle boat, gas BBQ, deck and new aluminum dock at the waterfront, campfire pit and telephone.

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox. 110' frontage with west exposure. There are steps from the cottage to the deck/dock combination at the water's edge from which there are a few steps into the water. Very sandy, gradually sloping bottom from the shore. Lower water levels expose some beach along the shoreline as the season progresses. (Some photos show lake at low water levels in fall).
