General DescriptionAmazing vacation destination - one of the only two "Blue Flag" beaches in Canada -Wasaga Beach #1 - is within a ten minute walk (1 km) of this brand new four bedroom family vacation home in the popular vacation destination town of Wasaga Beach. The well furnished and comfortable home has all the extra's like cable tv, dishwasher, Set on a lovely lot - across the street from a childrens park and just up the street from a conservation area with kilometers of hiking trails - this property offers something for everyone. There are tons of other activities to keep the entire family active both on and off the beach - from fishing charters to Splash Pad and "Wanna Do Zone" along with live theatre and special events at the Wasaga Dome.

Bedrooms & BathroomsFour bedrooms - two on the main floor and two on the lower level. Five queen size beds (one of the upper level bedrooms has two queen beds), and all have televisions. There is a four piece (tub/shower, toilet sink) bathroom on the main level and two three piece bathrooms (shower,toilet and sink) on the lower level - one of which is an ensuite.

AmenitiesThe kitchen/dining area is well equipped - dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave etc. New in spring 2010 will be a 12' X 10' deck off of the living room area with patio furniture and gas bbq. On the lower level (with 9' ceilings) is a spacious rec room with large screen tv (cable). All bedrooms have a tv as well. Laundry (lower level). Air conditioned. NOTE: Bed & Bath linens are available for renter use if desired - providing the linens and towels are laundered prior to departing the cottage.

Waterfront & SwimmingWasaga Beach #1 is a short walk from this cottage - (1 km - under 10 min. walk) with lots of parking at the beach if you prefer to drive. The "Blue Flag" designation means this beach is among the best in the world for quality of water and environment of the beach. Lots of concessions at the beach to keep everyone amused as well.
