General DescriptionThis 1,100 sq ft cottage has seen numerous recent upgrades including hardwood floors, new furnishings etc. It has 2 main floor bedrooms, bathroom, combination living/dining area with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and separate kitchen. Loft area for additional sleeping overlooks living area. Large decks, excellent view with an easterly exposure on Bitter Lake which is about 2 miles long, about 20 minutes north of Haliburton. Cleaning and linen service may be available at an additional cost.

"The cottage was accurately described and most pictures were accurate, however I had a bit of an issue with the ones of the shoreline. It's a lot steeper than it looks in the pictures. Since it was chilly and/or rainy for most of our stay, it was nice to have the woodstove to use inside. Location of the firepit was ideal for use after dinner before the kids had to go to bed. Also liked the park benches down on the dock to sit on and relax instead of worrying about bringing chairs down there.
This cottage was amazing. We liked that everything was modern (furnishings, appliances, beds, etc.) since most cottages tend to have dated/old items. As previously stated, the woodstove was great for the cooler days so we didn't have to run the furnace - it heated up the entire cottage in no time! The dock was great to sit on and look out over the water. It was a really quiet lake too - felt like we had it all to ourselves!"
