General DescriptionThis comfortable family cottage is located on a well treed, private lot with over 300 feet of lake frontage. There are approximately 25 steps from the parking area at the rear of the cottage which is slightly elevated (approximately 50 steps) from the waterfront. The cottage has an open concept living/ kitchen / dining area with a fieldstone fireplace and lots of windows. It's well equipped with several watercraft including a windsurfer, boat/oars, canoe and sailboat. There is a large dock (70'), sauna and outdoor shower, and swimming raft. Located about 20 minutes north of Baysville, 10 minutes south of Dwight on the west shore of the Lake of Bays. Cleaning service available at additional cost.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms5 Bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are located on the main (upper) level of the cottage. The master bedroom has a queen bed and 2 piece ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has a double and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. On the lower level, one bedroom has a single bed and single bunks while the other bedroom has a queen bed. 2.5 Bathrooms. 4 piece with shower and tub on the upper level and a 3 piece with shower on the lower level. The 2 piece bath is an ensuite off the master bedroom.

Guest Comments"The interior of the cottage has been updated with new furniture, new carpet, new bedding. It is MUCH nicer than it appears on the web. I would suggest upated photos! (planned spring 2007) the privacy of the lot (very quiet) without being a million miles from the main road, the water and the family of deer living nearby! We had a very relaxing holiday! The lake is beautiful the cottage was comfortable and just what we were looking for without the hassle of doing any work! It was fantastic."
