Located on beautiful Wolf Lake, this cottage enjoys a stunning southwesterly view/exposure. This well-equipped, open concept cottage has, amongst other things, a large deck with hot tub at the cottage and an excellent floating dock at the waterfront with a campfire area in between. Non-motorized watercraft are provided. Recently renovated screened porch with cedar walls, new windows off of the dining area. The town of Apsley is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the cottage.

There are 3 bedrooms in the cottage. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double/single bunk combination. Each bedroom is equipped with a dresser, bedside tables/lamps and an electric fan. The cottage bathroom is a 4 piece bath with a toilet, sink and combination shower/bathtub.
The cottage is well equipped, featuring a full kitchen with fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and water cooler. There are also laundry facilities (washer and dryer) in the cottage. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open to one another and have comfortable seating, new colour TV , DVD, iPod dock, (woodstove shown has been removed), ceiling fan. Recently renovated screened porch. Outside, there is a very large deck with lots of patio/deck furniture, hot tub, campfire pit with extra seating. At the side and rear of the cottage there is a spacious lawn area for play as well as a trampoline. At the dock you'll find 3 kayaks and a canoe.
Waterfront & Swimming
The cottage sits slightly elevated from the waterfront, providing an excellent view. The 165' of shoreline is accessed by way of a path down a gentle/moderate sloped path from the cottage deck. The large floating dock is an excellent area for sitting. The water is deep off the end of the dock. The access into the water at the dock is moderately sloping. There is a small sandy area with easy access into the water further along the shoreline.

"The cottage has beautiful big windows and a lovely scenic view of the lake! We loved the upper the deck and enjoyed the nice big dock. Although there was no marina on that lake, we had easy access to the boat launch. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus feature as well as having a bit of lawn out front for some sports/games like bocce ball etc. The bedrooms were small, but had very comfortable beds. Complete the Cottage Request Form
Complete the "Cottage Request Form". If you have any questions, we can be reached by email [mail(at)cottagerental(dot)com] or by telepone at 905.862.0252 or at 1.877.862.0254 (Toll-Free). One of our staff will be happy to answer any questions that you have, verify cottage availability, rate, etc. At this time we will create/update a file for you with the information needed to respond to your booking request.
Return the Booking Application Form
Once we have put the cottage on "Hold", we will email you our Booking Application Form for completion and return to our office by fax or email within 2 days. A payment of 30% of the cost of the cottage plus our $90.00 + HST agency service fee (plus the cost of Trip Cancellation Insurance, if purchased) will be charged to the credit card provided with the Booking Form. A post-dated cheque for the balance payment of 70%, (plus any optional charges such as Accidental Damage Waiver, Cleaning Service, Linens Service) dated 6 weeks prior to occupancy, is forwarded to our office by mail within 5 business days. The Travel Package will be forwarded to you within 15 days of our having processed your booking.
Receive Booking Confirmation and Rental Package
After receipt and processing by our office, a Booking Confirmation and Travel Package are mailed to the Booking Applicant. Please note that, no booking is considered 'confirmed' until a written Booking Confirmation has been produced by our office. In addition to the Booking Confirmation, the Travel Package will include a copy of the Cottage/General page from our website listing the cottage inventory, bedsizes, etc., a map to the cottage and a set of Cottage Instructions/Rules.
Receive Cottage Access Information
Approximately one week prior to the start date of your holiday, we will contact you with instructions on accessing the cottage. Generally, this will be via a Lock Box at the cottage; however, there may be other arrangements necessary depending on the cottage..
