Landscaped lot with tall trees, gardens, beautiful northwesterly views of Lake Simcoe from upper and lower decks. Large deck overlooking the water. Set in the hamlet of Port Bolster, (active railway tracks and crossing are .5 km from cottage), minutes from Beaverton - about 1 hour to Toronto. Cleaning and Linens available at addtional charge.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere are four bedrooms all on the second level. The master - with a small walk out deck overlooking the lake has a king. The master also has a large sreen television.The second bedroom has a queen (and another television), a third has a single bed with a portable double, and the fourth has a double bed. There are two bathrooms - a four piece with jacuzzi tub and shower on the second floor , and three piece with tub on the main floor.

AmenitiesKitchen is well equipped with stove, fridge, microwave. Cottage has laundry (washer/dryer), three televisions (satellite tv), dvd, vcr, phone, gas bbq, decks. There is a dock (30') at the waterfront, campfire pit, swing set, and paddle boat.

Waterfront & SwimmingThe 100' shorelline has shallow entry - with pebbly/stoney bottom for about 10' then very shallow and sandy, gradual slope to deeper water. Paddle boat included. Level grassy area at waterfront. Firepit and children's swing set at shoreline. 30' dock. The owner recommends that renters wear watershoes for entry into the lake due to some zebra mussel evidence along the shoreline.

"The pictures were exact, except that the rooms were even bigger than what we were expecting!! The swingset was a HUGE hit with both families' kids, and the adults loved the deck with large dining table. The kitchen was also fantastic. All in all, we had a great week, your office was fantastic to deal with and I've already recommended people to your site for next summer!
