General DescriptionThis large, 2,600 sq ft, 2 level, 5 bedroom cottage has many attractive features, not the least of which is the outstanding beach. The living areas have excellent furnishings including some leather furniture, and numerous facilities. It has a private lot and a west facing waterfront and is located just 15 to 20 minutes from the community of Haliburton. Cleaning service available on request for additional charge.

Guest Comments"The property and lake frontage were wonderful and better than imagined. Cottage was perfect for our needs. Quiet and equipped with more than needed dishes, cook ware, etc.
Bedrooms were very spacious.
Likes: Separation from other cottages by trees; lake frontage was shallow for a 20 - 30 ft to allow children to play safely in the water, lots of room in kitchen to prepare meals and large dining area. lots of deck area for outdoor enjoyment; comfortable beds and furniture. This was really enjoying someone's home...not a bunch of old second hand furniture and appliances etc. We loved it. Well maintained yard and home.
Our six year old grand daughter asked if we could come there again (she lives in Pennsylvania and regularly visits the other grandparents who live beside the ocean). All three grandchildren loved the private beach and grass area going down to it. We all enjoyed the private space we could have in the cottage when someone wanted alone time. We especially appreciate that you provided perfect weather. This is the first time we have used this type of service. We have passed on your company name to others who were interested in our experience."

"The cottage was exactly as described, - only the pictures cannot capture the beauty and comfort. The comfort of the family room (upstairs) and the beautiful view, in my opinion, are the highlights of the cottage. Outside, - the beautiful sandy beach, wonderful sunsets, and the wrap-around deck that always allowed you to sit in shade. Whether it was a view of the lake, or our favorite view of the front lawn (while sitting in wicker rocking chairs) - it was amazing. There was a mother deer and 2 babies that came by at least 3 mornings!"

"The cottage is large and comfortable and excellent for children. There is even a safety gate to put over the stairs! We had a wonderful time in spite of rather cool weather. This meant it was not a beach holiday as expected. But we took advantage of the numerous golf courses, took the kids to the park at Eagle Lake and Haliburton, and could have taken them to see the wolves in the Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Preserve. We will do it another year. There is lots to do in the area both for adults and children."
