General DescriptionStunning sunsets from the deck of the boathouse are just the beginning of what this Lake Rosseau six bedroom, four bathroom executive vacation retreat offers. The main cottage is on three levels and is post and beam construction, featuring vaulted ceilings in the living areas, wood floors and ceilings and is very comfortably finished and furnished with all the 'extras' (including a generator for power failures). With almost 300' of shoreline the property is privately situated, and has a lovely sand beach for children as well as docks for boating. A wrap around deck with covered walkways extends to a large deck with hot tub. The boat house guest quarters feature wood floors and ceilings - and a wall of windows over looking the deck and lake. The extensive decking at the boat house provides plenty of space for entertaining - inlcuding a covered outdoor bar area. Located a few minutes from Port Sandfield and available all year round.

Bedrooms & BathroomsMain cottage - two bedrooms on main level - one with a double bed and walk out to small/private deck and a second room with two single beds. There is a four piece bathroom on this level (tub/shower, toilet, sink). On the lower level there are two bedrooms - one with a king and one with two singles. There is a three piece bathroom on lower level (shower, toilet and sink). On the upper (loft) area is the master with a queen bed and a four piece ensuite bathroom - jacuzzi tub, shower, toilet & sink. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. In the boat house guest cottage is a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is three piece - shower, toilet and sink. There is also an outside shower (enclosed, hot/cold water) on the lower level of the main cottage.

"The cottage was as even more beautiful in person - description was thorough and accurate. The only thing missing was the adult life jackets. We loved the gently sloped property, sand beach and large, flat deck and dock were perfect for our young children. The outdoor shower was great for cleaning off our sandy crew! The main living area of the cottage was warm, bright and had magnificent lake views and sunsets. The available canoe and kayaks added immensely to our enjoyment of this beautiful property.
