General DescriptionThis spacious and bright, wheelchair accessible cottage has a mature lot, flat grassed area and a southerly exposure on Belmont Lake, approximately 10 minutes from Havelock. The open concept style and extensive facilities make this a very desirable rental. There is a new deck area at the shoreline as well as extensive docking. The cottage has two bedrooms in the main cottage and a guest cottage with washroom. Excellent fishing. And from August 17 - 20 - The Havelock Country Jamboree (www.havelockjamboree.com) is a great family attraction.

"The pictures did not do justice to the deck overlooking the water. This is a beautiful vista, sunrise to sunset. beautiful waterfront - clean, easy access, private. Although well-treed, the property offers sun or shade throughout the day. The cottage was clean, well-maintained and spacious and the kitchen was well-appointed. Excellent lighting and ventilation with many ceiling fans. We really enjoyed canoeing around the lake. Excellent accessibility (indoors and outdoors) for anyone with a physical disability. Highly recommended for a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable family vacation."
