General Description

Stunning views from this modern, spacious and bright family cottage which is located approximately 10 minutes from the small community of Coe Hill & approximately 30 minutes from Bancroft. Large open grassy lot, gentle slope to water's edge. There are vaulted, pine ceilings and a panoramic wall of windows facing the lake. Open concept living/dining/kitchen area - all living space and bedrooms on main floor which was renovated recently (some minor trim/finishing to be completed).

125' of frontage facing north-east on Dickey Lake. Sloped lawn from the elevated cottage to a deck and approximately 12 steps to the dock at the shore. Clean, deep water swimming from the end of the dock with some shallow entry (some beach depending on water levels), with gradual slope in area to the right of the dock. Firm sandy/gravel bottom.
