General DescriptionTraditional rustic family cottage set on a very private lot on Ril Lake - minutes from Baysville and Bracebridge. With over 620' of shoreline on a point of land, this well treed, level lot has lots of room to explore and relax. There are two docks - one on each side of the point - to capture all the views and sunlight and the lake offers great fishing as well. The cottage has wood floors and walls throughout - large living, dining, kitchen area and a wonderful screened porch. In addition to the three bedrooms there is a bunkie for sleeping as well.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThree bedrooms in the main cottage - a queen, two singles and in the third room - a queen. In the bunkie (no electricity) - there is a double and a single bed. (Please note - third bedroom photo and bunkie photo have not been updated to match current bedroom configuration noted here.) Newly renovated (not showing in current photos- one three piece bathroom in the main cottage (shower, toilet, sink).

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox 620' of natural rocky shoreline, on a point of land. Primarily deep water swimming from main deck/dock set on the point, (swim raft anchored in deeper water as well), with limited shallow entry over stepping stones to the side of the dock near the shore. There is an additional dock due west and a small area of shallow entry over sandy/pebbly bottom as well.
