The main floor has living space, one bedroom and main bathroom. The lower level with walk-out has a 2nd bedroom and 3rd sleeping area in the lounge/rec room. The cottage is located a short, 15 minutes drive from Bancroft on beautiful Coe Island Lake - with crystal clear water - great swimming. Cleaning service availble at additional cost.
