General DescriptionThis very comfortable and well equipped cottage is located on a small lake just north of Sundridge, about 30 minutes north of Huntsville. Over two acres of meadows, trees and wildflower gardens and walking trails. The lake has limited development/ few neighbours and is about 1/2 mile long. Outboard motors larger than 5hp are not allowed on the lake - there is no boat launch facility on the lake. The cottage has about 3,000 sq ft of living space on two levels with panoramic views of the lake. Designer kitchen, lovely screened porch for family dining. There is access to Algonquin Park about 15 minutes away.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms5 Bedrooms. 4 main/upper floor bedrooms - 2 with queen beds, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed as well as a single/double bunk bed unit. The 5th bedroom is on the lower level and has a queen bed. 3 Bathrooms - 1, 2 piece powder room. 2, 3 piece with shower, sink and toilet. (Please note - bathtub in main bathroom is unavailable - use only as a shower).

There is a ping pong table in a large garage/rec area adjacent to cottage. Also an outside trampoline.
