The main floor living room has a stone fireplace and there is a large sun-porch with walkout to the gently sloping lawns. The dining room has been recently enlarged (not shown in photos). There are several acres of property, 120' frontage at the lake with excellent swimming for children. Close to area attractions, golf and shopping. Cleaning service available at an additional charge (renter to contact cleaners and arrange directly).
