Bedrooms & BathroomsThere are 4 bedrooms. 2 main floor (upper level) bedrooms - one with a Queen bed one with a Double bed and a single bed. Two lower level bedrooms have a Queen size bed in one and two sets of bunk beds in the other (one set of bunks has a Double and Single bed combination while the other has two single beds). There are 2 bathrooms. Main level bathroom has a toilet, sink and bathtub. Lower level bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

Waterfront & Swimming130' of frontage at the west end of Lake Vernon. Path and 10 steps to the dock. Deep swimming from the new 880 sq ft dock plus floating dock with ladder. Two Kayaks. Shallow, sandy bottom access into the lake via steps at the shore. Deepens moderately quickly. Large, flat lawn area to the rear of the cottage with badminton and bocci. The nearest marina facility is located on connecting, Fairy Lake in Huntsville.
