General DescriptionThis 1,700 sq ft cottage has seen recent extensive upgrades and renovations. The main floor living/dining room is spacious, with new furnishings, floor and wall coverings along with an excellent home entertainment system/satellite dish. The kitchen has also been redone with new cupboards and appliances. The second floor features the main, 4 piece bath and the 4 furnished bedrooms. The cottage is at the south end of 4 Mile Lake away from the main traffic areas with an east/north easterly exposure. Close to Toronto and area shopping and attractions.
