General DescriptionMagnificent summer home, set on a very private four acre lot near Killbear Provincial Park about 20 minutes from Parry Sound. There are 2 buildings with sleeping and a 3rd building that serves as the bathhouse and features a sauna and a hot tub built into the deck. Vaulted ceilings, wood floors and screened porch. Features include windsurfer, canoe, laundry and two sided fireplace.

There are also 2 single beds in an area off the main living room as well as 2 singles in a loft bedroom accessed by steps/ladder and overlooking the living area from above. There are two other buildings on the property one with sleeping - it has a king size bed and separate bathroom. There are two 4 piece bathrooms in the main building (one is an ensuite) There are 3 piece bathrooms with shower in each of the 2 additional buildings.
