General DescriptionThis comfortable, Viceroy style cottage is approximately 1,350 sq ft set on a well treed lot on lovely Lake Menominee. The excellent, year round location between Baysville and Huntsville offers an excellent base for day trips into Huntsville, Bracebridge, Dorset, Algonquin Park, etc. The cottage has a large living room with vaulted ceiling, eat in kitchen with walk out to a large deck. The 3 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the second level. Cleaning service available - renters must contact local alternate directly to arrange.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms3 Bedrooms. All bedrooms are on the 2nd/upper level of the cottage. 2 bedrooms have Queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a set of single bunk beds. There is also a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. 1.5 Bathrooms. There is full, 4 piece bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bathtub as well as a main floor powder room with toilet and sink.

Waterfront & SwimmingThere is a sloping path, with rope railing, from the slightly elevated cottage to the south facing dock and deck area at the waters' edge. (Path is a bit rugged - may not be suitable for toddlers or seniors). Limited wade-in access at the shore beside dock - primarily deep water swimming from the end of the dock with ladder.
