General DescriptionWonderful Muskoka retreat! Southwesterly exposure, natural rugged terrain, tall pine trees, clean deep water swimming - and a comfortable log cottage - all on Lake Muskoka - within 15 minutes Gravenhurst. The cottage has two living areas, and is cedar walls, floors, ceilings. There is a large deck at the rear of the cottage to catch morning sun - and a deck/dock at the waterfront for afternoon sun. One slip in boat house reserved for owner use, along with parking for the owner. Note: pathway from parking to cottage entrance is over natural rock (no stairs) and is somewhat rugged - may not be suitable for seniors or young children. Owner accesses island property from this location.
