General DescriptionThis cottage has a wonderful, private location, set amongst the pines. It has an oustanding view and a spacious deck. There is a flat lawn area to the rear of the cottge. This is an older cottage that is very nicely kept and comfortably furnished and equipped. Six Mile Lake is easily reached in about 1.5 hours from Toronto and conveniently located near Port Severn and Honey Harbour shopping and attractions. The owners of this cottage occupy a neighbouring cottage during the summer.

Waterfront & SwimmingThe cottage is slighty elevated (there are about 30 concrete steps from the large cottage deck area to the dock and swimming area. Approx. 250' of natural shoreline. There is a ladder into the water from which there is deep swimming - no shallow entry.

"The view of the water from the deck is even more beautiful than the pictures. The deck overlooking the water - without a doubt.!!! This was our fourth visit and we enjoyed it immensely.
Fishing was better than the past couple of years. The new TV, dining room table & chairs and sofa were a nice addition (even though we really didn't watch TV very much).

"This cottage was fabulous - exactly as it appeared in the photos! The owners were incredibly welcoming, leaving a little handwritten note and some freshly picked flowers when we arrived, and stopping by to ensure we had everything we needed. The best part about this cottage is the peace and quiet and privacy; there is little traffic on the water and the landscape makes you feel like you are in the middle of the wilderness - perfect for those wanting to escape from the hustle and bustle of life and are in search of a more "authentic" cottage experience. The view was gorgeous, the water clean, the cottage was spotless and spacious (which we used abuntantly due to the rainy weather!). We would LOVE to go back again."
