General DescriptionThis charming cottage is conveniently located no more than 1.0 km off Hwy. 11 at Washago, north of Orillia on Lake Couchiching. This older, updated cottage is neat and comfortable and is a good choice for those who wish to relax and enjoy the waterfront setting or visit the many local attractions in the Orillia to Gravenhurst area. The cottage is bright with a large picture window facing the lake from the liviing room, hardwood floors, modern appliances and lovely decor. Depending on wind direction and the amount of traffic, there will be some traffice noise from Hwy 11 across the lake and some audible train noise.

Waterfront & SwimmingThe cottage sits on a flat lot with lawn area in front and back. The waterfront and shoreline are just a few short steps from the cottage where there is an excellent dock and easy access (ramp/step) into the clean, gradually sloping, sandy bottom. The water depth at the shore is between 1' and 2'. Water remains shallow for some distance from the shore.
