The main cottage has three upper level bedrooms - with a queen in the master (and a walk out to a deck overlooking the lake). The other two bedrooms have two single beds, one with walkout to a deck. Each of the main cottage bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a four piece bath on this level. The main level of the cottage has a two piece powder room. The guest cottage has two bedrooms - each with a double bed. There is a two piece bathroom (toilet / sink) in the guest cottage along with a kitchenette (fridge, stove & microwave) and deck overlooking the lake.
The kichen is open concept with dining area overlooking the lake with a walk out to the deck. It is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove etc. The living room is comfortabley furnished and has a 40" satellite TV and phone (there is also satellite TV and telephone in the kitchen), DVD, as well as an adjacent sitting room. High speed internet access. The kitchen and living areas have ceiling fans. Large dock, deck, gas BBQ, patio furniture, tables etc., paddleboat, 2 kayaks, outdoor firepit. (Fireplace inside cottage not for renter use).
Waterfront & Swimming
Approximately 1300' shoreline, with primary dock area offering clean, deep water swimming from the dock. There is a secondary, south facing area with a sandy beach (accessed by grassy slope from cottage) - great for children. A stone patio overlooks this swim area. Outdoor firepit.

"The cottage was even better than described! It had everything we could possibly want and the setting was really picturesque. The perennial flowers, the pathways and surrounding rockery were really lovely. The swimming was awesome! The kids really enjoyed jumping and diving off the dock while the little ones enjoyed the beach. There were many safe areas for the kids to practice their kayaking skills and one day the Dad's even kayaked into Coboconk and met the rest of the family for breakfast! The various sitting areas around the property provided privacy while still allowing us to enjoy the view of the lake. We had a very relaxing holiday. The Travel package was excellent. Complete the Cottage Request Form
Complete the "Cottage Request Form". If you have any questions, we can be reached by email [mail(at)cottagerental(dot)com] or by telepone at 905.862.0252 or at 1.877.862.0254 (Toll-Free). One of our staff will be happy to answer any questions that you have, verify cottage availability, rate, etc. At this time we will create/update a file for you with the information needed to respond to your booking request.
Return the Booking Application Form
Once we have put the cottage on "Hold", we will email you our Booking Application Form for completion and return to our office by fax or email within 2 days. A payment of 30% of the cost of the cottage plus our $90.00 + HST agency service fee (plus the cost of Trip Cancellation Insurance, if purchased) will be charged to the credit card provided with the Booking Form. A post-dated cheque for the balance payment of 70%, (plus any optional charges such as Accidental Damage Waiver, Cleaning Service, Linens Service) dated 6 weeks prior to occupancy, is forwarded to our office by mail within 5 business days. The Travel Package will be forwarded to you within 15 days of our having processed your booking.
Receive Booking Confirmation and Rental Package
After receipt and processing by our office, a Booking Confirmation and Travel Package are mailed to the Booking Applicant. Please note that, no booking is considered 'confirmed' until a written Booking Confirmation has been produced by our office. In addition to the Booking Confirmation, the Travel Package will include a copy of the Cottage/General page from our website listing the cottage inventory, bedsizes, etc., a map to the cottage and a set of Cottage Instructions/Rules.
Receive Cottage Access Information
Approximately one week prior to the start date of your holiday, we will contact you with instructions on accessing the cottage. Generally, this will be via a Lock Box at the cottage; however, there may be other arrangements necessary depending on the cottage..
