The cottage has been beautifully decorated and furnished, and is set on a lovely landscaped level lot. There are two decks as well as a screened porch with it's own stone fireplace. There is a rec room off of the dining room with a ping pong table. Horseshoe Lake is minutes from Minden.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThe main cottage has a master bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and a three piece (shower) ensuite. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. There are two bedrooms on the upper level, one with a set of twins the other with a queen bed and a three piece (shower) bathroom. The guest cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with three single beds, and a four piece (shower & tub) bathroom between them.

AmenitiesThe open concept kitchen has dishwasher, microwave etc. plus second 'fridge in the rec room. Laundry is also available. The living area has a stone fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, telephone and is very comfortably furnished. The screened porch has it's own stone fireplace. Lovely stone patio off of the screened porch and living area. Plenty of patio furniture, gas BBQ, canoe, paddle boat and kayak available.

Waterfront & SwimmingThe cottage is set on a point of land with easterly and north exposure, plenty of sunshine in the various waterfront and deck areas. It has 225' of shoreline with a large (40' dock) offering clean deep water swimming along with a shallow entry area with easy stone steps into a sandy bottom, wadeable area, gradual slope to deeper water, for younger children. There is a canoe, paddleboat and kayak included.
