General DescriptionSpectacular vistas of Kashwakamak Lake in a truly secluded setting. This recently built cottage is situated on six acres of land and is adjacent to crown land as well. With southerly exposure - tall oak trees - a deck and panoramic windows all facing the lake - along with a very modern and well equipped cottage - you won't want to leave. The cottage is open concept, hardwood floors, very spacious and light, comfortabley furnished and finished, with main living areas and bedrooms/bathrooms on the main floor and a loft for entertaining/TV up above overlooking the living area. The waterfront access is very rugged and very steep in places - a 10 -15 minute climb, not suitable terrain for young children or seniors.

Waterfront & SwimmingThe property has 50' frontage with a large (12' X 14' ) deck/dock at the shore for sitting out and sunning. Large stepping stones into the water assist in access. Clean deep water swimming. Cottage has a canoe and a kayak. Excellent fishing right from dock. There is a marina and public boat launch on the lake. As noted, access to waterfront from cottage is very rugged and very steep in places - approximatley 300 feet - with some steps and some pathway, taking from 10-15 minutes to decend/ascend.

The weather was not great for about three days but there was enough games supplied that kept a 13 and two 14 years olds busy and we did not hear the phrase ' I'm bored' all week. The walk to and from the waterfront was very steep. We were aware of this because of the description, however the next cottage we rent we would like easier accessible to the water."
