General Description

This is a very comfortable, custom designed, Confederation Log Home, located on the west shore of Gull Lake a few minutes south of Minden. The mature setting with tall pine trees affords an excellent view of the lake from the dock area as well as from the covered verandah at the cottage. The main floor features living and dining room areas separated by a two-sided fireplace, a modern kitchen, powder room and bedroom. Step out the door to the beautiful, covered verandah overlooking the lake. The rear/entrance area of the cottage has a large flagstone patio, flower garden and eating area. There is a comfortable recreation room with television and pool table. The upper level has two large bedrooms and a 4 piece bathroom which also contains the washer and dryer.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms in the cottage. The main floor has one bedroom with a double bed and a two piece powder room. On the upstairs level, there are two spacious bedrooms - one has both a queen bed and a single bed, and the master bedroom with a king size bed.

This vacation property is equipped like a home. A fully equipped kitchen features dishwasher and microwave, toaster oven. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are located in the main bathroom on the upper level. There is a two-sided fireplace on the main floor and a great recreation room with pool table, satellite television, VCR and DVD with surround sound. Air Conditioning. Waterfront & Swimming

There is 130' of lake frontage on a point of land that offers excellent views and good privacy. There is a gradual sloped path offering easy access from the cottage to the dock and waterfront areas. At the shore, there is a 5'x24' dock with a 10'x20' floating extension with ladder. There is also a swimming raft anchored out in deep water. At the shore, there is a shallow firm area suitable for children for about 10' into the lake where the bottom gets soft and silty. The water depth at the end of the floating dock is about 5', with easy access into and out of the water by way of the ladder.
