General DescriptionLocated approximately 1.5 hours north of Toronto in the very popular Midland/Penetanguishene area, this cottage has a lovely setting on beautiful Farlain Lake. The cottage has a lovely lot, easterly exposure, great sandy beach swimming area and a spacious, bright interior. This is a very family-friendly cottage.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThough there are only 2 bedrooms on the upper level of the original cottage, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a Double bed and two sets of Single Bunk beds. There is a 3 piece bathroom with shower on this floor as well. There is a spacious and bright addition to the original cottage that serves as a sun room/living room during the day and doubles as a 3rd bedroom at night with two double sofa beds. There is a 4 piece bathroom off this living area with a small shower/bathtub combination.

Waterfront & SwimmingApproximately 100' of frontage on Farlain Lake with an easterly exposure. The flat lawn area beside the cottage leads to a very nice sandy beach area where access into the water is gradually sloping on a firm sand bottom. There is a dock and just off-shore, a swimming raft for deep water access.
