General DescriptionLovely historic home located right in town on lovely mature lot - tall trees, lovely view of Gull River with access to Balsam Lake very close by. The cottage has spacious bright rooms with lots of windows overlooking the water. Open living/dining area facing the water, kitchen, full bath and laundry, along with one bedroom on the main floor, with three additional bedrooms and bath on the second floor. The lower level has a walk out to the patio area and waterfront, a bedroom and bathroom and a games room.
