Set on beautiful Harwood (Clinto) lake just north east of Dorset, this four bedroom executive cottage has all the character and charm of a traditional cottage with all of the amenties of a modern one - with lots of 'extras' like a tennis courts, wonderful waterfront with both sandy beach and clean deep water swimming and lovely westerly exposure. The cottage interior is pine with vaulted living room ceilings, a dining room with three walls of windows over looking the lake and surrounding woodland, a rec room with lots of seating, television and a games room (ping pong table).

Waterfront & SwimmingOver 600' of shoreline accessed by 25 granite stone steps. There is a large deck at the waterfront and extensive docks on the shore. A small sandy beach area with sand bottom and gradual slope (beach dependent on water levels) plus clean deep water swimming from the dock and swim raft. Two aluminum boats with oars, two canoes.
