General DescriptionOutstanding property on Otter Lake just south of Parry Sound. Four season vacation home with 200' frontage (southerly exposure) as well as access to a private lake. Tall trees, natural setting - great privacy. This three bedroom cottage, plus a two bedroom guest cottage, has a wonderful waterfront for children and adults. Great deck/dock at the shore. Otter Lake offers excellent boating and fishing (marina on the lake for boat rentals). Both the cottage and the guest cabin feature wood floors, ceilings and walls and are very comfortably furnished and finished. The main cottage has a rec room on the lower level along with a walk out to the grounds and the main level has spacious living/dining area and a walk out to a large deck overlooking the lake. Both the main cottage and the guest cottage have screened porches. End of stay cleaning included in rate.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThe main cottage has three levels. The main floor has a two piece powder room. The upper level has a master bedroom with queen bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. There is a four piece bathroom (toilet,sink, bathtub and shower) on this level. The lower level (bsmt) has a bedroom with a set of bunks as well as a three piece (toilet, sink, shower) bathroom. The guest cottage has two bedrooms - each with a queen/single bunk + trundle combo. There is a three piece (shower, toilet, sink) bathroom in the guest cabin.

Waterfront & SwimmingThe main cottage has approximately 200' of frontage on Otter Lake with the smaller cabin having 900' of frontage on the 'back' lake. The main waterfront is accessed by approximately 45 steps (wood and cement patio steps). Large deck/dock with boat slip. Shallow, sandy entry at shore (with easy access provided by set of steps into the water from the dock). Clean, deep water swimming from raft.
