Large screened porch and 12' wide wrap around deck provide lots of outside living space as well. Approximately 30 minutes to town of Parry Sound where shopping, attractions and services, including the regional hospital, are located.

Waterfront & SwimmingApproximately 240' of natural shoreline accessed by terraced steps and pathway from cottage. Dock (18' X 10') is set off to the right of the property accessed by path along shore. Clean, deep water swimming from dock. There is a small, shallow sandy area in front of the cottage, but deepens quickly (some lily pad growth further out) and softer water bottom as you proceed into the water.
