Lots of extras and a great area to explore as well with great fishing & boating, lots of golf and tennis in the area, fine dining near by, and the popular Thirty Thousand Island Cruise and the Festival of the Sound in mid summer. It is also 10 minutes by boat or car to the Ridge at Manitou Golf Course.

The main cottage has three bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and a two piece ensuite (toilet and sink). A second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a main three piece bath (shower, toilet and sink). All on one level. Ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and the bunkie. The bunkie has two single beds.

There is approx. 600' of shoreline, on a point of land with North, North West exposures. The dock area has clean, deep water swimming and nearby a terrific water slide . The dock can accommodate boats up to 20'. There is a sandy beach area as well with firm sandy entry, gradual slope out to deeper water.

" The cottage was just as we found it last year, very neat, tidy and well organized. It had everything we were looking for on our vacation. The travel package was very complete and helpful. This year I was very happy for the convenient location of the cottage and easy access to a major centre. I had to use the emergency department at the West Parry Sound Health Centre and was glad it was only 1/2 an hour away. Our family loves all aspects of this cottage especially the view from the deck and easy water access. It's a quiet lake and all enjoyed the fishing and kayaking. Our little granddaughters love the children's toys, books and the little sand beach. A perfect place for a family vacation. This was our second time at the cottage and our family loves it here. Not sure what next year will bring but hope to return again." 2015

" The cottage was exactly as the descriptions and images represented itself.....except that the photos could not say how spotless clean and well maintained the premises were inside and out! And the Travel Package was 100% helpful and answered all our questions and more. And if we had other questions, we just simply emailed the travel office and were given a very quick and timely response!
The cleanliness, the FANTASTIC DECK (which was like a completely safe and child friendly over-sized play pen with all the outdoor riding toys age appropriate included) which was perfect for our 1 1/2 yr old grand-daughter, and all the special little touches that you don\'t realize until you come upon them! Also the fishing was terrific! And the lovely bottle of wine on the table upon our arrival was such a thoughtful touch! Simply the most PERFECT cottage!
This was our 1st experience renting a cottage (as we had our own cottage for 30 yrs before we sold it to get into boating) and we now wanted to get a cottage so that our married children with their children could all have a summer vacation together.
