Located on a point of land with great privacy, lots of sun and both a beach and deep water swimming for adults, this property has it all. Tall pine trees, Precambrian Shield rock, sunsets, great fishing and boating. A spacious three bedroom cottage (plus bunkie) which is fully equipped and very comfortably furnished and finished. Two outside decks (one covered and one open) provide great views. New for 2009 season - expanded outside deck - see photos. This deck is gated for child/pet safety. There is plenty of room to wander (approximately 2 acres of land). The property also features a regulation Bocce court! Lots of extras and a great area to explore as well with great fishing & boating, lots of golf and tennis in the area, fine dining near by, and the popular Thirty Thousand Island Cruise and the Festival of the Sound in mid summer.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThe main cottage has three bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and a two piece ensuite (toilet and sink). A second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a main three piece bath (shower, toilet and sink). All on one level. Ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and the bunkie. There is a bunkie as well with two single beds. There is also a high chair and play pen.

Waterfront & SwimmingThere is approx. 600' of shoreline, on a point of land with North, North West exposures. The dock area has clean, deep water swimming and nearby a terrific water slide . The dock can accommodate boats up to 20'. There is a sandy beach area as well with firm sandy entry, gradual slope out to deeper water.

The water access, slide, etc were great for our grandchildren. It was so peaceful and beautiful and very hard to leave. I think it made a difference that this was a rental property but the owners also used it. It wasn't just renters in it. We hope the owners will have us again. All our family wants to go back."

We found the property easily, and were provided with all the necessary info in a timely fashion. We enjoyed the privacy combined with the many outdoor places to sit and relax on the deck or on the beach. The obvious care and forethought that went into the landscaping and development of the property allowing it to be private and nicely developed at the same time."

"Our family had a fantastic time. It was so great to have all the kids together. The Bocci Ball court was a bonus. We played for hours. We especially enjoyed all the property around the cottage. It was very private and we didn't need to worry about our dog encroaching on anyone elses property. The cottage itself is very well equipped and was very clean. It is very spacious. The grounds around the cottage are well kept and lots of wild and domestic flowers. We would be very interested in renting this cottage again next year, possibly for 2 weeks."
