Rugged natural setting, with tall pine trees, natural rock shelf shoreline, clean deep water swimming - all on beautiful Gull Lake near Minden.

There is a four piece (tub, shower, toilet, sink) bathoom on this level. In the guest cottage there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a set of single bunks. The other has a queen size bed. There is a four piece (tub/shower, toilet and sink) bathroom in the guest cottage.

There is a small area off to the right with some shallow (approx 1' deep) water entry over stoney/pebbly bottom. The waterfront is accessed by approximately forty steps (30 wood and 10 stone) plus a bit of pathway.
