With 330' frontage on a motor-restricted lake (only 11 cottages on the lake), your family can enjoy the tranquillity and privacy this unique property offers along with its many facilities and amenites. The cottage has 125 year old pine plank floors, vaulted pine ceilings, stone fireplace, designer kitchen, screened porch and is beautifully finished and furnished. The floor to ceiling wall of windows in the sunken living/dining room with the westerly views of the lake is simply breathtaking. Cleaning and Linens are included in this rental.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThe cottage has a main floor master bedroom with a king bed and four piece ensuite bathroom (soaker tub, toilet, sink and steam shower). There is a two piece powder room on the main level as well. On the upper level of the main cottage there are two bedrooms - both with queen beds. There is a four piece bathroom on the second floor (tub/shower in one room and toilet, sink in another). All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a queen size sofa bed on the loft landing on the second floor overlooking the living area.

Waterfront & SwimmingApproximately 330' of shoreline on quiet lake (motor restricted). There is a large deck/dock (20 X 8') for sitting out and swimming. Clean deep water (5-6') swimming from dock. There is also a small, clean sandy beach on the property - to the right of the dock area with sandy apron and sand into the water for a few feet (then soft bottom as you move into deeper water). Flowering lilly pads and arrowheads flank each side of the beach area.
The waterfront can easily be reached by the private gentle sloping driveway that is to the right of the cottage, or by a somewhat rugged rock pathway in from of the elevated cottage (not suitable for young children or seniors).
