General Description

Recently renovated, this charming three bedroom beach house is set very close to the water's edge on beautiful Lake Cordova - you can hear the waves splash on the shore from the cottage. Bright interior with lots of windows. There are 3 walk outs to a 3 sided wrap around deck (2 waterfront and 1 rear). Designer kitchen, lots of extras. A small sandy beach off to the left of the dock area. Located near Marmora in eastern Ontario. Please Note: living room photos do not depict the current furniture arrangement. Waterfront & Swimming

Over 200' of shoreline. Easy access to a lovely sand beach off to the left of the dock with a gently sloping bottom, contrasting the area to the right of the dock with natural rocks. Natural plantings of birch and cedar trees along the front (right) side of the shore. A S/W facing dock extends over the rocky area gets all day sun. Water is approximately 4' at the end of the dock. Aluminum ladder allows for easy entry and exit to the lake (some weed growth off the dock). Please note: pontoon boat not available for renter use.

This is a lovely cottage that was exactly as it appeared in the images and the description. We were thrilled. It is very well appointed with all of the necessities as well as many extras. This was a fantastic cottage for children. Bathtub, beach, open space out front to play ball... We would highly recommend it to any family. Also a short drive to town(s) and an easy trip from Toronto with a young child on board. The beach was great for children. Clean, modern kitchen. Great swimming off the dock. A very well-appointed cottage."
