General DescriptionStunning log home on beautiful Gull Lake in Haliburton Highlands. This four bedroom, three level cottage has over 4000 square feet of living space, vaulted beamed ceilings in the main living areas, floor to ceiling stone fireplace, wide plank wood floors and is beautifully furnished and finished. The designer kitchen has Corian counter tops, an eat up breakfast bar and is open to the dining area with a large wooden table that will comfortably seat ten (with table extensions it seats fourteen). There is a sun room (screened) off of the dining room and walk out to the 'dining' deck. The master bedroom/ensuite 6 piece bathroom is on the main floor and also has a private deck. There is a rec room on the lower level with an antique pool table, and wet bar. In addition to the four bedrooms there is a loft and a guest bunkie. Lovely terraced steps to the waterfront which has a sandy beach and clean deep water swimming for adults. Minden is approximately 15 minutes drive. Note - minor variations in some furnishings shown in photos.

Bedrooms & BathroomsMain floor has master bedroom with king size bed and six piece ensuite bathroom/powder room connected to master (airjet tub, shower, toilet, sinks). On the upper level there are two bedrooms - one with a queen and one with a double/single bunk combo. There is also a loft area with another single bed. Four piece (toilet, sink, tub/shower) on this level. On the lower level there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a three piece bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). The bunkie has a queen bed, TV with DVD/VHS (no satellite).

Rec Room has Pool table, ping pong table, XBox and games, air hockey table, and stereo with CD player and Ipod cradle. Phone. Sun/screened room. Decks, dock, patio furniture, gas BBQ. Paddle boat, canoe, aluminum boat with oars, 3 kayaks (fiberglass tandem with rudder, plastic tandem and Kevlar single for under 150lb) along with a 15' Rave water trampoline (shared with neighbour). There is a small campfire area as well.
