This three bedroom island cottage is a short boat ride (five minutes) from Gordon Bay Marina. (Renters must have/rent their own boat - water access only). Set among tall pine trees, with southwesterly exposure, over 300' shoreline and approx 2.2 acres of land - this cottage and setting provides great privacy and stunning views. Only minutes from old Hwy 69 and a short boat ride (5 min) from the marina. The cottage is well equipped and comfortably furnished - with a large screened three season muskoka room and large deck overlooking the water. Renter's park for free at the marina and have the use of the owner's boat slip.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere are three bedrooms - a queen in one room and a set of single bunks in each of two other bedrooms. There is a loft with a queen mattress - accessed by a steep ladder. Note - loft is not railed and not suitable for children. One four piece bathroom (tub/shower, toilet and sink).

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox 309' of natural rocky shoreline, with clean deep water swimming from docks. Limited shallow entry on shore over sloping rock shelf, as well as limited shallow area (1'-2' deep) between dock and shoreline. Crystal clear water, firm sandy/pebbly bottom. Large deck/dock at shoreline for sunning. (some road noise from old Hwy 69 audible).
