General DescriptionModern, bright and spacious - this four bedroom cottage is set on an acre of landscaped land, with gardens, tall trees and wonderful southerly exposure. Beautiful views of the Burnt River from the deck and sunroom with lots of open grassy areas for children to play. Easy access to the waterfront where there is a large deck/dock. The cottage is very well equipped and is very comfortably furnished and finished. There is a large rec room on the lower level with a sit up bar area and room to play as well as the tv area. The Burnt River offers lots of boating opportunity and you can boat into Fenelon Falls on Cameron Lake and to many other locations on the Trent Severn System.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere are three bedrooms on the main level of the cottage (two bedrooms are connected). All beds have queen size beds. The master bedroom has a three piece (shower/toilet/sink) ensuite. There is a four piece bathroom on this level as well (jacuzzi tub/shower, toilet, sink). On the lower level there is a bedroom with a queen bed and another four piece bathroom (jacuzzi tub, shower, toilet & sink).

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox. 110' of frontage with a large deck/dock at the shoreline. Easy access with stone terraced steps or grass slope to dock. Steps into the water are built into the dock (limited shallow entry at shore - deepens quickly). Primarily deep water swimming from dock. Lots of dock space for those who are bringing their own watercraft.

Guest Comments"The pictures did not lie, however, once you are in the space, it is a lot easier to see how it will work for you. The large grassy areas were great for the children and the sun room was a great toy room. It was easy to keep all the children well supervised while still enjoying some adult time. Also the large rooms and hallways between the bedrooms made it more private and quiet. Great website, very detailed."
