General DescriptionSpacious family cottage with lots of room to relax and enjoy the wonderful setting on Balsam Lake. The open concept kitchen/dining/living area has vaulted wood ceilings, walls, stone fireplace and a wall of windows facing the lake. Five bedrooms and two bathrooms on this main floor, plus den with computer, printer and fax machine. On the lower level is a rec room with a walk out to the grounds. The cottage is set on a level, grassy lot with tall trees and westerly exposure. A short drive from Coboconk.
