General DescriptionThis immaculately kept, recently renovalted three bedroom viceroy style cottage provides a wonderful family vacation setting. Set on a fairly level grassy lot with easy access to the waterfront which has a small sandy beach (as water levels recede over the summer). The newly renovated cottage has vaulted pine ceilings in the living area, great views of the lake from large windows and a walk out to a large, partially covered deck. A short drive to Carnarvon and approximately 20 minutes to Minden.

Shallow entry at shore (some exposed sandy beach as the water levels recede during the season), over firm sandy bottom, gradual slope to deeper water. Dock with approx 3' depth at end (dock is put out gradually as the water levels recede) New dock installed 2010 - not showing in photos. (Note - current photos were taken in fall with low water levels).
