Bedrooms & BathroomsFour bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms all on one level. The master has a king bed (2 singles), ceiling fan. There is another room with a king (2 singles), ceiling fan. A third bedroom has two singles and the fourth room has two sets of single bunks. There is a two piece (toilet/sink) which is accessible from one of the king bedrooms and the laundry room. The master bedroom has a four piece (tub/shower, toilet & sink) ensuite. There is another four piece (tub/shower, toilet , sink ) family bathroom.

Cement pier for tying up boats (owner boats will be in boat slips). Deep water swimming from docks and swim raft. (Some weed growth as you proceed into deeper water as the summer progresses).
