General DescriptionGrand old Muskoka cottage set on 2 acres of land with 550' of shoreline on beautiful Lake Joseph. This spectacular property has the traditional dark wood walls, floors and high ceilings with a wonderful wrap around screened porch so unique to this era of cottage (verandah has been refinished and refurnished since these photos). French doors open onto the porch from the spacious living areas. Five bedrooms and two bathrooms situated on two levels. Fieldstone fireplace in the main living area - tv area in second living area. The property is well treed and fairly level with the main swimming area off a very large deck/dock (with water slide). On the other side of the property are two boat houses (one for renter use with another swimming dock). Approx. five minutes to Mactier.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere are five bedrooms - one bedroom is on the main floor and has two single beds. There is a two piece bathroom off of this room. On the second floor are two queen bedrooms, one with a single and one sith a set of single bunks. The main floor family bathroom has been recently renovated and is now a four bathroom on this level (tub/shower, toilet & sink). The bedrooms all have new hardwood flooring (not shown in photos).
