General DescriptionThis immaculately kept two storey cottage has wood floors, vaulted ceilings and is very comfortably furnished and finished. The cottage features amazing custom stained glass windows a large screened/glassed sun room and a beautifully landscaped property with lots of perennial gardens. The main level has a large open concept living/dining/kitchen area and one bedroom and bathroom. On the lower level which has a walk out to the grounds is another living area, dining area and another bedroom and bathroom. (Each living area has a queen sofa bed as well). The walk out from the lower level has a covered stone patio for sitting out and enjoying the lake view and the lovely sand beach. A short drive to Coboconk or Minden.

I have rented numerous cottages throughout the north over the years, and this has to be the most beautiful and well appointed cottages we have ever had the honour of staying at. Quite obviously the owners took consideration into their renter's every want/need. Spotless and beautiful. I did find that your travel service fee a little high in comparison to other agencies that I have used. However your service was exceptional at answering and replying to all our inquries. We're already starting to figure out if we can rent it for TWO weeks next year."
