General DescriptionWith over 1000' waterfront, located on a 3 acre point of land on Shadow Lake, this cottage provides great privacy and outstanding views of the lake. Recently renovated, the main cottage has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, there is a bunkie as well as a bedroom with a two piece bath above the boat house. The main cottage with new extention has a wall of windows overlooking the lake, two walk outs to a large deck as well as a screened porch at one end of the cottage and a sun room and deck at the other end. Cottage is 300 metres from Hwy 35 - some road noise audible. Approximately 5 min. to Coboconk.

Bedrooms & BathroomsIn the main cottage are four bedrooms - two with double beds, one with a set of single beds and a fourth with one single bed. A toddler sized bed is available. One bathroom has a four piece (tub/shower, toilet, sink) and the other has a shower, toilet and sink. There is a bunkie approx 50' from rear entrance to cottage with 2 single beds. There is a boat house bedroom with a double bed and deck, with a two piece bathroom (toilet / sink). The boat house is accessed by a path to the rear of the bunkie and down approximately 20 terraced steps.

Waterfront & SwimmingThe cottage is located on a point of land with 1000' frontage. The main waterfront area has been recently landscaped - approx. 15 steps off the deck plus a few stone terraced steps to a small sandy beach area with shallow entry and gradual slope - more beach as water levels recede over summer. Dock at boat house which is around the point of land in the bay. (Water levels down in current photos)
