General DescriptionWith over 1000' waterfront, located on a 3 acre point of land on Shadow Lake, this cottage provides great privacy and a commanding view of the lake. Recently renovated, the spacious main cottage has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property also has a separate bunkie which sleeps 2 and a separate boathouse with sleeping area and a two piece bathroom. The main cottage has ample living space with numerous windows and views of the lake, especially from the large eating area. The cottage also has a sunroom, screened cedar porch and a large deck with an outdoor eating area making it perfect for families or groups. Cottage is 300 metres from Hwy 35 - some road noise audible.

Bedrooms & BathroomsIn the main cottage are two bathrooms and four bedrooms - two with double beds, one with single bunk beds and a fourth with one single bed and a toddler bed. One bathroom has a four piece (tub/shower, toilet, sink) and the other has a shower, toilet and sink. There is a bunkie approx 50' from rear entrance to cottage with 2 single beds. There is a boat house bedroom with a double bed and deck, with a three piece bathroom (toilet/shower/sink). The boat house is accessed by a path to the rear of the bunkie and down approximately 20 terraced steps.

Waterfront & SwimmingThe cottage is located on a point of land with 1000' frontage. The main waterfront area is beautifully landscaped - approx. 15 steps off the deck plus a few stone terraced steps to a small sandy beach area with shallow entry and gradual slope.
