General Description

Enjoy the best that Muskoka has to offer from the luxury of this four-season cottage on the shores of beautiful Lake of Bays. This fractional ownership unit is located just outside the quaint village of Baysville at "The Landscapes", one of Muskoka's newest and most luxurious properties. The completion of Phase 2 as well as construction of Phases 3,4 & 5 are planned for future development. A 2 story Muskoka Boathouse is now completed, which offers a large tanning deck and lounge with fireplace. A new addition in 2009 was the temporary Fitness Centre. The very comfortable and well-appointed Clubhouse is now available for guest enjoyment. Outstanding quality and meticulous attention to detail have resulted in an outstanding product. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the fractional ownership concept at a weekly rental rate. Close to area attractions including arts and culture, nature, events, attractions, shopping and restaurants, sports and leisure. The area features numerous world-class golf courses and Algonquin Park for hiking and wildlife. During the winter enjoy excellent activities such as cross country and downhill skiing, skating, snowmobiling or ice fishing. A new year-round 9 person hot tub is now available. There is also a heated outdoor swimming pool for adults, a splash pad for children and a Beech Cabana at the large beach with change rooms (available May-October). There is also a second campfire pit located close to the Beech Cabana.

No personal water craft (Sea-doo or Jet Ski) shall be allowed. Snowmobiles are not permitted to be driven on The Landscapes property, nor are they to be parked in any location other than the staging area. Skatboarding is prohibited on the property.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

There are 3 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. The large, bright master bedroom is located on the upper level with king size bed, gas fireplace, sitting area and a flat panel TV, and spacious ensuite four piece bath. The other two bedrooms are on the main floor - one with a queen size bed, the 3rd bedroom has a set of single beds. There is a full 3 piece bathroom with shower accessible from both bedrooms. There is also a 2 piece powder room on the main level. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Amenities

Extraordinarily well equipped, this cottage (one of only three on the Landscapes property) leaves nothing to chance. High-speed wireless internet, full cleaning service at the end of your stay, linens and towels for the week are provided. The property is also fully serviced with municipal water from nearby Baysville. The kitchen is fully equipped, laundry facilities, satellite, flat panel TV's in the main living area as well as the master bedroom, DVD, CD, etc. Telephone (Note: for local calls only. Long Distance calls must be made with a calling card). There is also an office area situated on the upper level adjacent to the master bedroom and overlooking the living area. The cottage has a lovely spacious deck overlooking the lake with patio furiture and gas bbq - and a screened gazebo on the lake side as well.
Now completed, The Clubhouse is the main recreational building that houses the billiards and games rooms, library, sitting area and main fireplace. A fitness center with exercise equipment and hottub. Your own patio area with propane BBQ is located just outside the Muskoka room in your unit. Watercraft are provided at the beach for your waterfront experience, docking for your own boat for the week at the extensive docking area on the property.

Extensive frontage of approximately 1/4 mile on beautiful Lake of Bays combines dock and deck areas as well as a large sand beach, perfect for children, just steps away from your rental unit. Walkways along the shoreline along the dock area and through the trees from one end to the other. Enjoy the large, community campfire area adjacent to the beach where you also access the watercraft provided.
