Large walk out deck along width of cottage extends living space. A large, fairly level lot with open grassy areas as well as tall trees for privacy. The three bedroom cottage is well equipped and very comfortably furnished and finished, set on Brady Lake near Carnarvon in Haliburton.

Level, open grassy approach to waterfront with some limited shallow entry beside dock over rocky shoreline into shallow water with sandy bottom, (soft as you wade further out), very gradual slope for some distance out beyond dock.
